The Unmasking: Neural Forensics & The Brain-to-Bit Siphon

In the 2026 threat landscape, the perimeter has moved inside the skull. The Neural Forensic Siphon is a multi-stage attack that exploits the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi vulnerabilities of consumer and medical BCIs (Brain-Computer Interfaces). Unlike traditional data breaches, a Brain-to-Bit liquidation does not target files—it targets Spiking Neural Networks (SNNs).

Attackers are leveraging Neural Flooding (FLO) and Neural Scanning (SCA) to overwhelm or map individual neurons. Once a "Brainjacking" connection is established, the attacker can decode silent speech, reconstruct visual experiences, or exfiltrate "Neural Signatures" that serve as biometric passwords. This data is then converted into digital bits for use in blackmail, cognitive hacking, and corporate espionage.

Attack Chain & Neural Vector Analysis

  • Stage 1 (Synaptic Probing): The attacker exploits a Bluetooth/Wi-Fi handshake in a consumer BCI (e.g., focus-enhancing headsets) to inject a "Neuronal Scanning" payload.
  • Stage 2 (Cognitive Liquidation): The payload maps cognitive patterns and emotional triggers (Excitement, Fear, Trust), unmasking the user's psychological architecture.
  • Stage 3 (Neural Exfiltration): Decoded thoughts and intent signals are siphoned to cloud-based adversarial AI models to reconstruct the user's private intent in bit-format.
